Project highlights

• This 11,500 square foot facility sits on a tiny lot at a prominent corner near downtown Des Moines.
• The three story building houses all typical commercial bank activities and includes a full service coffee bar as well as training facilities for staff from around the region.
• The bank does not have a traditional teller line but serves clients in private banking offices or through the use of interactive Teller Machines.
• The contemporary metal skin and large expanses of windows are designed to express the personal but modern approach it takes to the services they offer their clients.
