  • Simonson & Associates Architects had the pleasure of collaborating with Hurd Real Estate Services and Charles Schwab on their newest location in the Des Moines metro area.
  • This developer lead build-to-suit is part of a larger company franchising initiative to add independent branches that deliver the same suite of brokerage products, services, and pricing as corporate managed branches.
  • The result was a clean, monolithic building that complements the current development, and incorporates the Charles Schwab brand throughout the space to increase brand awareness, and express their culture.
